♦ Anonymous Access
This information on the Wiki is publicly available. Without registering, anyone can view both the Community Forum and the Advocacy Manual. This will give anonymous users access to documents like fact sheets, a Q&A on a variety of topics, model laws and policies, and in depth articles. In addition, anonymous users have access to the news, events, and discussion areas of the community forum. In the future, we plan to add a private discussion forum that will have restricted access. Anonymous users are also able to print pages.
♦ Registered Users
In addition to viewing and printing documents, registered users are able to comment on any page in the Wiki and their comments will be displayed at the bottom of the page. Registered users are also able to vote on surveys and submit a review of the page content. Any visitor to the site may become a registered user by clicking on the Log-in button on the menubar and then by signing in as a new user.
♦ Editors
Only registered users may add or edit content on the Wiki. Once a user has registered, they will need to contact ltilley@nlchp.org and request permission to become an editor. When requesting permission, please identify the organization with whom you are associated and your areas of expertise. Please include your preferred Log-in name and password. In addition to viewing, printing, commenting, reviewing and participating in surveys, editors may also change the content of pages in order to correct or expand on page content. Editors may also upload documents, create links to documents, pages or external websites, create pages, add news items and participate in the discussion forum. Editors may not, however, delete pages.
