For more detailed resources - check out the Wiki Introduction and the Editor's Guide!

There are two ways to add or edit text on the Wiki. For both methods, select "Edit this page" on the "Edit" menu on the toolbar. Once you are in "Edit" mode, you can select either the "Rich Text" or "Wiki Markup" tab to edit the text or add additional text. Unless you are experienced with Wiki Markup, we suggest you use the Rich Text method. Rich Text allows you to edit text using a familiar word processing or WYSIWYG editor. There are no special codes or tags required. You can simply type your text, make it a heading, bold, or a list just and you would in a word processing document. Once you have completed your changes, you should press the "Save" button and you will return to the "View" mode. If you are familiar with Wiki Markup, have HTML experience, or want to more precisely control the appearance of your text, you can use Wiki markup. When in edit mode, you will see a few examples of common Wiki notation to the right of the "Edit" box, or you can view the Full Notation Guide. In addition to adding text, you also have the ability to add links to internal or external pages and documents and images in either the Rich Text or Wiki Markup screens. Feel free to use the Sandbox to practice.
