Solutions to housing problems come from a variety of places. In addition to international treaties, individual countries are taking it upon themselves to address housing problems within their borders. They are doing so by boldly recognizing the right to housing through domestic legislation or constitutional provisions.  This section contains subsections that review various other countries' constitutions, legislation or case law that protects the right to housing.
